Deadline Extension for Applications for the Recruitment and Certification of 265 Trainers
The Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training, through the National Trainer Training and Programmes Development Centre (NTTPDC), informs the public of a change to the initial schedule for the « Junior » level recruitment and certification of 265 trainers and supervisory staff from public and private vocational training centres.
Additional Time to Ensure Broader Participation
Following numerous requests and in a spirit of fairness and transparency, allowing all potential candidates to prepare their applications calmly, the application deadline is extended to March 27, 2026, at 03:30 PM. This decision follows the consultations recently mentioned by the Centre’s management and aims to guarantee an open selection process for all qualified trainers across the national territory.
Reminder of the Objectives of this Recruitment Campaign
This large-scale operation, launched by the Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training, is part of a strategic approach to enhance the quality of technical and vocational training in Cameroon. As Dr. Bello Ousmanou Amadou, Head of the NTTPDC, recently pointed out, « knowing how to do something does not necessarily mean knowing how to train. » The goal is to certify 265 trainee-trainers, working in the public, private, and corporate sectors, by consolidating both their technical expertise and pedagogical skills.
Unchanged Practical Modalities
Interested candidates are invited to submit their complete applications no later than the new deadline of March 27, 2026, at 03:30 PM, according to the following procedures:
- Physical Submission: At the NTTPDC (located opposite the National Printing Press in Yaoundé) or at the regional and divisional delegations of MINEFOP.

Reminder of the Application File Composition:
- A registration form (downloadable from www.minefop.gov.cm) duly completed and stamped.
- A certified true copy of a valid identification document.
- A certified true copy of the Technical Baccalaureate or an equivalent diploma.
- A certificate of active employment (for salaried candidates).
- A Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- One 4×4 cm passport-sized photograph.
- A signed authorization from the employing organization’s head (if applicable).
- A medical certificate.
- A payment receipt of 20,000 FCFA (application processing fee) to the NTTPDC-Yaoundé account no. 15867931018-30, held at Campost (agency code: 11003).
Innovative Training for Quality Enhancement
As a reminder, the training will take place in all ten regions of the country using a blended learning approach. Successful candidates will undergo a 3.5-month programme (training cost: 300,000 FCFA) leading to a recognized professional certification.
